Jeff Jacobs has built a great team. Each member has a specific client support roll in assisting the buyer or
seller through the process. Very personal and hands on. The team functions like your own personal GPS –
guiding and assisting you at every step in me process – from your first conversation all through closing. Their
marketing of my home was far beyond what I had imagined – very professional . multiple photos of front and
back of the home, every room, a video of the entire home, and even a drone video of my subdivision. Along
with the photos of my home and Jeff’s write up of the home, Jeff’s team drove in over 50 showings in just 2.5
days, with multiple offers over list. Far beyond what I would have expected.
